ARE YOU AUTHENTICALLY YOU, REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES?

Having a limitless identity is the quality of someone who is not defined by a title! There is nothing wrong with being proud of a particular accomplishment that warrants a specific title, but titles, no matter what they are, can be retracted. You should never allow yourself to be defined by any one title.

When a doctor goes home from work, is he/she still a parent?

When a lawyer leaves the courtroom, is he/she still a spouse?

When a scientist is in the lab, is he/she still a sibling?

Experience and the knowledge gained from those experiences are essential as you navigate through life. The more knowledge you attain, the more limitless from an identity perspective you become. The less knowledge you attain, the more boxed in from an identity perspective you are or allow yourself to be.

As humans, we were created with limitless expectations, which means, that if we put our minds to accomplishing something, apply the work ethic necessary, we can accomplish whatever it is we set out to do. We put limits on ourselves and in turn, we lower the standards as well as the expectations for ourselves. We don't expect to be bosses, so we set out to learn a specific skill that would afford us the opportunity to work for someone else for the rest of our lives. We don't expect to be owners, so we set out to get a job that would afford us the opportunity to earn enough money to pay rent for the rest of our lives.

When you expect something to happen, you make plans for it to happen. Your work ethic should always reflect your expectations and your expectations can only go as high as your standards. As long as you set high standards for yourself, and your work ethic reflects those standards, your expectations for yourself should be limitless.

I challenge you to get out of the habit of not even trying! I challenge you to be limitless in your expectations of yourself!

Titles and roles change from day to day, hour to hour and minute to minute. Being a Limitless Identity Paradigm, allows you to successfully navigate those days, hours and minutes, while still learning, growing and challenging yourself to be the version of yourself, regardless of the circumstances.

You know to achieve something, you have to first think it. Once you think about it, you begin to put the work in to make it happen. Once you put the necessary work in, you expect the results to reflect the work. We have to climb out of these identity boxes where the standards and expectations are limited, and as a result, the outcomes begin to mirror those limited standards and expectations. We have to understand who we are and who we were created to be. We were created to conquer and have supreme authority. We were created to lead, to rule and to influence. We were created to be a Limitless Identity Paradigm.
